After payment of start up fee you will receive an email with a link to upload all information, photos, and all files you wish to display on your brand new Webpage.

When start-up fee is received and uploaded content for your webpage is reviewed and approved, we will begin your project!

You will be sent an email link to view your brand new webpage in preview stage for you to review , advise, and approve.

Once webpage is complete, we will extract images and detailed information to create imagery/text content to make social media ad posts. Which you will then review , advise, and approve.

Prior to live activation of your project the remaining balance of chosen plan must be paid in full via Invoice emailed to you stating balance due.

No. Due to security risk webpage access is only through our administrative team.
However one time revisions can be made to your basic information, such as price or other important information that may affect sale of your mobile home.

Upon sale of your mobile home your webpage will be disabled. And all social posts deleted.

You will be sent an automatic email with a link when posts are made/updated so you can view.

No! We post to our MobileHome List social accounts. We utilize network hashtags, groups, lists, and pertinent targeted categories to achieve viewing results.

Your wepage will remain until your mobile home is sold or for some reason you no longer want it.
New Social posting will end at 30 days, only latest post activity will remain. 
If for some reason you wish to have webpage and posting disabled contact us!

Depending on your chosen plan posting will vary from 2-4 weekly posts for the duration of 30 days or upon sale of your listed mobile home. Upon sale of your mobile home your webpage will be disabled. And all social posts deleted. Unless you request an extended posting period.  

**After 30 day period we offer an extended posting period of 30 days for a Flat Rate price. Flate Rate orders must be requested 5 days prior to the expiration date of purchased plan. Flat Rate option is only available to existing customers!

Flat Rate fee is $150.00 and includes:
+ 10-Graphics/Images for social posting + Post to main social websites, FB, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest
Alternating posting 3-5 times weekly for 30 days or sale of your mobile home
